Dear Mike,
We are writing to thank you and your company for providing us with such a magnificent kitchen this autumn. We are highly delighted with the results as it has provided everything we could have wished for and more besides.
When we first spoke to you some six months ago, we provided you with a wish list. We were somewhat out of touch with modern kitchens at that stage and over our various visits, you patiently guided us through the huge range of option so that we were sure that we picked what was right for us. You also helped us cope with the fact that we were designing a kitchen for a building that was just in the process of being constructed, so there were still many uncertainties in the early stages.
The kitchen was extremely well fitted and the finished product has emerged to be more striking then we could ever have imagined, really complimenting our newly built and equally striking extension.
We would be very happy to recommend you and Images to other future customers and indeed show the finished product to anyone who thought it would help.

Mike,
I just wanted to drop you a line with regard to my new kitchen from Images.
Having had a few weeks to get used to it, I can say that we are very pleased with your design, the excellent quality of the units, and the installation workmanship of Steve. Everybody that has seen it has been very impressed. As you know, there were a few issues with the granite worktops from BE, but they were resolved by them with a very strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Personally, I think that shows the measure of a company:- it's easy when all goes well, it is how they handle problems that shows the quality of service, Both you and BE get top marks from me!
Having a new kitchen installed is, at best, quite stressful, but I would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody:
- You, Steve and BE made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be.
- Your advice and guidance was always genuine (and appreciated), and the end result was well worth the price, which was extremely competitive.
- Steve's attention to "the little things" was very impressive.
- Any problems were dealt with promptly with the focus on my satisfaction.
- I have the security of knowing that I can call on you if ever any issues arise.
The only word I can use to describe the final result is "Spectacular".

I am writing to congratulate all concerned in providing us with our
magnificent new kitchen. Peter De Costa's help during the planning stage
was invaluable and the contractors he recommended were exceptional.
Terry Frost and his team suggested very useful ideas which complimented
Peters original plans. Terry's team were wonderfully efficient in spite
of the very bad weather and no delays were incurred in the preparation
work. I cannot praise your fitter Paul enough. He is dedicated to
producing an excellent kitchen and his standards are exceptional in this
day and age. Please thank all your team for their efforts. We will

Just
to let you know how thrilled we are at the completion of our kitchen.
Throughout all the contacts with yourself and indeed other staff we
spoke to, we felt that we as customers were always given the utmost
courtesy, and nothing was too much trouble. Paul our fitter was
extremely understanding and was always willing to listen to any ideas we
had. He very kindly returned to finish our radiator cover and pop in
another shelf after our other fitters had completed their work (eg
flooring). We cannot thank him enough for all his hard work and you are
indeed very fortunate to have such a fine fitter working for you. Many
thanks to you all for giving us a kitchen to be proud of.

long last we have completed all the work needed on our kitchen and it
is therefore time to say "many thanks" for the brilliant end product
produced by your company. A big thankyou goes to Mike whose design
expertise was second to none. His patience and attention to detail was
very much appreciated and at no time did we feel there was any pressure
to buy. Thankyou Mike for your professionlism. The fit also went
extremely well so a big thankyou goes to Steve. It is difficult to
imagine anyone could have done a better job - quality from start to
finish. Now that the delay caused by the festive season is over, the
walls, ceiling and flooring are also completed and we can truly say we
have an extemely attractive and functional kitchen - a joy to be in!!!

is almost exactly a year since you installed our kitchen and we both
wanted to tell you that having lived with your design, which surprised
us initially, for some time there is not a thing we would change. The
whole room is just beautiful, egonomically, quality of workmanship,
